The policy, the register, and the training.

One set of documents for the way your business actually works, in the words your people already use.

You keep the AI Use Register whether or not you hire us.

What you get

Three pieces, and they build on each other.

The policy

Plain-English rules your team can follow: what may go into a chatbot, what never does, which tools are approved, and what to do when someone is unsure. Three tiers of data — public, internal and sensitive — and the same answer every time.

The register

Every AI tool in use, who uses it, what for, and what data passes through it. The list is usually longer than the owner expects. You keep it either way.

The training

The rules are walked through with the people who will follow them, once, out loud, with questions allowed. A policy nobody has read is not a policy.

The review date

A date on the calendar, not a promise. Tools change, staff change, and the document gets checked again on that date.

Who signs it

Your name, because it is issued under your business. That is what makes it hold up when a customer asks for it.

How it runs

  1. The assessment — free. We look at the tools you already use and the work that passes through them. You get the register out of it, and a printed report at its own address.
  2. The policy, written. Scoped from what the assessment found, quoted as a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Not a package, and not a bracket to squeeze into.
  3. The training. Your people, the rules, one session.
  4. Then the automation. Whatever the assessment put at the top of the list gets fixed first. The hours come back here, after the rules — not as the headline.

The assessment is free. Every business runs different tools on different data, with different people using them — so the policy work is scoped from what the assessment finds, and quoted as a fixed price in writing before anything starts. You keep the register whether or not you hire us.
